Home Experience Program
The eSight Home Experience Program is a remote learning and training program that allows you to experience eSight Go before you buy it. Only available through eSight, the Home Experience Program allows you to try eSight Go in the comfort of your home for 7 days to make sure it works for you and meets your vision needs before purchasing a device.
Provider referrals
We work with many eyecare providers who refer their patients to eSight. While you don’t need a referral to use eSight Go, the Home Experience Program trial fee is waived for patients who are referred to eSight by their provider.
Print the required clinical referral form and share with your provider. We’ll start the Home Experience process as soon as we hear from your provider.
Here’s how the Home Experience Program works:
1. Take the quiz & schedule your free consultation
After taking our online quiz, you’ll use the online appointment scheduler to schedule your free virtual consultation with an eSight specialist. During this Free Consultation, your eSight specialist will discuss how the device may help you and assess your candidacy.
2. Join the Home Experience Program
If you’re a good candidate for eSight Go, you’ll be invited to join the Home Experience Program. We’ll ship you an eSight Go to try for yourself for 7 days. We’ll also schedule a virtual training session for you and your eSight Coach. Your coach will help you set up the device and teach you how to use it during your trial period.
The cost to participate in the Home Experience Program is $250 USD / $342 CAD. This cost is non-refundable and is applied towards the price of eSight Go if you decide to purchase a device.
3. Purchase an eSight Go
At the end of the trial, eSight will contact you for feedback and to confirm your purchase of an eSight Go. You’ll return the eSight Go demo device, and we’ll send you your new eSight Go!
