Home Experience Program: The eSight Home Experience Program allows you to try eSight Go for 7 days for $250 USD / $342 CAD. This cost is non-refundable and deducted from the overall cost of the device if you decide to purchase an eSight Go. While this program is offered when purchasing directly from eSight, many of our distributor offer in-home demonstrations, and more. Contact a distributor to learn more about the options and services they provide.
Coaching Sessions: Each customer is assigned an eSight Coach. Your eSight Coach has vision impairment, uses eSight Go, and can help you successfully integrate eSight Go into your daily life.
Free Shipping & Easy Returns: Receive free shipping via USPS Ground when purchasing directly from eSight. We also offer a 30-day return policy after you purchase eSight Go, which includes a restocking fee. Contact a distributor to learn more about their shipping and return options.
Warranty & Support: We offer a Limited Warranty for 2 years on the device and neck battery pack and 1 year on the accessories. Ongoing support is provided by your eSight Coach—your go-to for assistance and to help connect you with any additional support you may need.

Try eSight Go before you buy
Our Home Experience Program is a remote learning and training program that allows you to experience eSight Go in the comfort of your home before you buy it.
The first step is to take a quiz to make sure you’re a good candidate for eSight Go.
Next, you’ll schedule your virtual appointment with an eSight specialist to go over a few more questions.
Then we’ll sign you up for the Home Experience Program, and you’ll start your trial.
Provider referrals
We work with many eyecare providers who refer their patients to eSight. While you don’t need a referral to use eSight Go, the Home Experience Program trial fee is waived for patients who are referred to eSight by their provider.
