Home Experience TeleHealth Program
Our eSight Home Experience TeleHealth Program is designed to help patients have the best experience with their new eSight wearable device.
Patients referred to the eSight Home Experience TeleHealth Program by their provider will have a virtual appointment with an eSight clinical specialist to ensure their eligibility, coordinate an in-home evaluation of the device, and provide training on how to use it. Patients will be able to use their eSight device for several days after the training session to make sure it meets their needs.
Patients who purchase the device will also be assigned a personal coach to help them as they start to use their eSight device, as well as ongoing webinars for additional tips on using your eSight device. Our coaches are users of the device themselves and can help answer questions and provide ongoing support as the patient starts to incorporate eSight into their everyday life.
