We know the thought of learning to use eSight Go and the new technology it features may seem overwhelming, especially if you’re already facing the challenges of having a vision impairment.

You might have questions like:

  • How do I set it up?
  • How will I learn to use the controls?
  • What settings do I use when watching TV or wearing it outdoors?  

That’s why we assign each customer an eSight Coach. All eSight Coaches have personal experience with vision impairment and are experts at using eSight technology.

Rest assured your eSight Coach will be there to support you through the process—from device setup and explaining how to use the controls, troubleshooting, answering your questions and more.

eSight Coaches are available to help with everything you need as you become comfortable using your new device.

Join the eSight community — Vision Central meetings

eSight customers can make connections and build a sense of community through monthly Vision Central virtual meetings. Designed for eSight customers, Vision Central meetings cover common tips and tricks for using your eSight Go.  

Your eSight Coach will help you sign up for Vision Central meetings and go over any questions.

Your eSight purchase comes with a carrying case, neck battery pack, cords, and more —along with extras like coaching sessions, free USPS Ground shipping, 30-day returns (with a restocking fee), as well as warranty and support — everything you need as your start your eSight journey.

How to purchase an eSight Go

Whether you’re ready to buy an eSight Go from a distributor or want to try it first through the eSight Home Experience Program, we make it easy to select the option that’s right for you.

Provider referrals

We work with many eyecare providers who refer their patients to eSight. While you don’t need a referral to use eSight Go, the Home Experience Program trial fee is waived for patients who are referred to eSight by their provider.  

Print the required clinical referral form and share with your provider. We’ll start the Home Experience process as soon as we hear from your provider.
